Adds an “Air-Gapped Installation” path to the admin installation guide so operators can deploy the Manager container on a Proxmox host without Internet access by staging OCI images elsewhere and transferring them into Proxmox storage.

skopeo, transfer to Proxmox, create/start the LXC, and validate connectivity. - Added tested network layout notes plus operational warnings for DHCP isolation and TLS verification behavior.
- Documented current air-gapped limitations and linked the relevant tracking issues (#454, #455).

- This section is currently phrased as a TODO, which reads like unfinished documentation. Since this is a known product limitation with a tracking issue, consider making it an explicit warning/limitation callout instead of a TODO so the guide remains “complete” while still setting expectations.

Manager's built-in workload flow currently attempts to contact GHCR for image metadata before checking for a locally available OCI image.
As a result, selecting a built-in template such as Debian 13 can time out in a fully air-gapped environment even when the OCI archive has already been transferred to Proxmox.
