Summary
This PR adds an autoharness dashboard generated from the existing weekly Kani metrics run.
The metrics workflow now:
The existing Pages workflow builds the documentation and dashboard together. The documentation remains at
/verify-rust-std/, and the dashboard is published at/verify-rust-std/dashboard/.Generated harness counts describe harness generation only and do not represent successful verification results.
Validation
Dashboard tests, data validation, type checking, static generation, and workflow linting pass.
