Pin @cantoo/pdf-lib to 2.6.5 in pdf-server - #792

The ^2.6.5 range lets a fresh install of @modelcontextprotocol/server-pdf resolve @cantoo/pdf-lib 2.11.x, which the lockfile and CI never test. 2.11.0 also added new dependencies with open-ended ranges (culori >=4, node-html-better-parser), and the supply-chain checks on 2.11.0 and culori 4.0.2 report findings. The lockfile and CI already use 2.6.5, whose dependency tree passes those checks, so pin exactly that version.

Patch release that pins @cantoo/pdf-lib to 2.6.5 for @modelcontextprotocol/server-pdf (#792) and moves solid-js to 1.9.15 for @modelcontextprotocol/server-basic-solid along with the other npm audit fixes (#793), so a fresh install of every published package resolves a dependency tree that passes supply-chain and vulnerability scans.

Summary
@modelcontextprotocol/server-pdfdeclares@cantoo/pdf-lib: ^2.6.5, so a fresh install resolves 2.11.x. Nothing in this repository tests that: the lockfile and CI use 2.6.5. 2.11.0 also added dependencies with open-ended ranges (culori >=4,node-html-better-parser), and supply-chain scanning of@cantoo/pdf-lib2.11.0 andculori4.0.2 reports findings. This pins the exact version the lockfile already uses, 2.6.5. Its dependency tree (13 packages) passes the same scans. It is the same idea as #789 for
pdfjs-dist: published packages should install what CI tests.Test plan
