docs(site): publish GPT-SoVITS Fun-ASR runtime contract

• document the merged Qwen3 dependency contract (transformers>=4.51,<5) and link the upstream runtime fallback/backend documentation work

The dependency boundary matters because older Transformers releases can fail with KeyError: qwen3 before Fun-ASR-Nano transcription starts.

• product-site deterministic build - 27 pages built twice with no diff
• product-site validation - 106 pages validated
• Playwright product-site suite - 26 passed
• git diff --check origin/main - passed

Visual checks

• mobile and desktop ecosystem screenshots reviewed
• GPT-SoVITS card is visible without horizontal overflow on both viewports
