• move the product deployment contract from runtime-llamacpp-v0.2.1 to v0.2.2
• publish the actual SHA-256 values for all nine Linux, macOS, and Windows assets
• pin the exact runtime commit and successful nine-platform workflow
• explain the three stderr diagnostic boundaries without claiming the AMD Windows crash is fixed
• keep Android/Mali outside the prebuilt and validated boundary
