docs: clarify Langflow FunASR release availability

Summary

• Correct the bilingual community-project component/test links to Langflow's reviewed merge commit instead of the missing paths on main.
• Distinguish the integration merged into release-1.13.0 from published Langflow 1.12.1 / lfx-bundles 1.1.23, which do not contain it (checked 2026-09-10).
• Keep the bilingual website entry aligned and offer the current FunASR API quickstart, preserving the private-host SSRF allow-list boundary.

Verification

• Regression RED: new Langflow discovery test failed against the original entry.
• GREEN: 18 focused legacy/community tests passed.
• Two complete site builds and validators passed (204 HTML pages); all 270 output files are byte-identical.
• Four actual Chromium cases passed: EN/ZH, 390/1440 widths; screenshots inspected, no page errors or horizontal overflow.
• Verified pinned upstream component/test URLs and the current API quickstart. Downloaded and checked actual lfx-bundles 1.1.23 and langflow-base 1.12.1 wheels, including PyPI SHA256 and archive integrity; neither contains FunASR component files.
• Complete rollback backup retained before push. Signed commit with DCO.

Boundaries

Documentation only. No model, inference, authentication, CI configuration or dependency changes; no claim that an unreleased Langflow component is installed. No PyPI release and no community issue closure.

• Tested tree: 90def1c6ff86cc4cec1e472802dae21c7a8091f0. Patch equivalence SHA256: 76f1afaca8e86ce0cd80fabaf15d30b4a3c441e188d9832a5fe2cd36a86afcb6.
• Refreshed local acceptance: 23 focused tests and 6 installed public ONNX package regressions passed; two complete builds validated 204 HTML pages and produced 270 byte-identical files. Four EN/ZH desktop/mobile browser cases passed and their screenshots were inspected.
