Fix camera angles in handedness guide

The camera angle in the handedness guide was set incorrectly set after
napari/napari#8281. This sets it to the equivalent angle.

I don't think so? We don't talk about the angles in the doc, that cell is removed

@jni , love this. In the future could you just add a little follow-up note like that in the PR description. I probably would have approved and merged on day one (I didn't want to be grumpy about the image so I didn't add a comment lol)
