I was looking into Collin's OUI mac issue and the original issue was our regex didn't account for special characters in the company names.
Upon further investigation, it looks like the IEEE website is blocking requests from urllib/requests. The last workflow failed with a 418 and every time I tried I got a 418. i didn't find any official documentation on that though. I updated the workflow to get around it but I can't test it because we don't have the ability to run the workflows via the GUI. Do we want to merge this to develop so I can test and then make any changes needed?
