subsections. Compress Competitive Benchmarks and Alternatives Considered.
Core decision, rationale, and implementation notes preserved.

The original version - https://github.com/onflow/FlowALP/blob/30d01a5f1c9ff8edfbefe9a97c1460200869a785/docs/adr/ADR-0001-MOET-Reserve-Architecture.md was pretty verbose and I had Cluade trim it down.
Let me know if you prefer the longer version.
