Add missing author entry for emre-oai

The new registry entry lists emre-oai as an author, but authors.yaml does not contain that slug (searched the file and found no match). Without a corresponding author definition, the cookbook site cannot render author metadata for this notebook and may fail the build step that validates registry authors. Please add an emre-oai entry to authors.yaml or update the registry to use an existing author.
