Inspect the custom-code diff

Download the exact patch produced by this run (requires repository access):

gh run download 38961534535 --repo openai/openai-python \
  --name castiron-custom-code-38961534535-1 --dir /tmp/castiron-custom-code-38961534535-1
git apply --stat /tmp/castiron-custom-code-38961534535-1/custom-code.patch
cat /tmp/castiron-custom-code-38961534535-1/custom-code.patch

Or reproduce it from an SDK checkout containing the vendored reporter:

git fetch --no-tags origin 6ea95a6d1f250840eda4cb99737a90fef31c7a14 8f0efc5e3fe1ab536a326bb6faa44619dbf6ff0e
python3 scripts/castiron/custom_code_report.py report \
  --base 6ea95a6d1f250840eda4cb99737a90fef31c7a14 \
  --head 8f0efc5e3fe1ab536a326bb6faa44619dbf6ff0e --fetch --require-head-hash --public \
  --out /tmp/castiron-custom-code-8f0efc5e3fe1
cat /tmp/castiron-custom-code-8f0efc5e3fe1/custom-code.patch

This is the current full custom patch for mixed files, not an attribution of only the handwritten lines changed by this PR.

P1 Badge Restore the Pydantic v1 upper bound

When scripts/test-pydantic-v1 syncs this group, the new <3 constraint permits Pydantic 2.13.5; correspondingly, the regenerated uv.lock contains only 2.13.5. The supposed v1 test pass therefore runs the v2 suite again and stops protecting the SDK's advertised Pydantic v1 compatibility, so this group must retain its <2 bound and separate locked v1 resolution.

P1 Badge Preserve the release-please version marker

Removing this comment makes the Verify dependency groups and committed lock step in .github/workflows/ci.yml fail its explicit marker assertion on every run. It also removes the marker used for the configured uv.lock release version update, so retain # x-release-please-version on this line.
