the lane e2e-metal-ovn-two-node-fencing-degraded-tn-suite-techpreview contains filtering where we only target tests that contains the label degraded and is in the openshift/two-node suite
but then the ipi-test has a hardcoded list of tests that are not part of the filtered tests above
which result in a "tests not found" error

In response to this:
