This adds a wait step after cluster provisioning (ipi-nutanix-pre) to pause the workflow for manual debugging of Nutanix environments. The cluster will remain available for 3 hours (default wait timeout) before continuing with e2e tests. This is a temporary change for debugging purposes only.
…bug window - Use cucushift-hypershift-extended-debug instead of wait step - Set KEEP_DURATION to 10h for longer debugging session - This provides more time to manually create and debug HyperShift clusters
