Describe the problem
The cicada theme's placement of the "hamburger" menu item and the OPNsense logo is misaligned on mobile, with the hamburger icon pushed too low, so that part of the first menu item (Lobby) is obscured.
This PR fixes that, making sure the padding, alignment and spacing is consistent with the other themes.
Note that the result of this is that the OPNsense logo is placed far left, with the hamburger icon to the right of it (rather than the opposite as currently).
