- Add v48 of the sled-agent types to support a zone config type capable of representing multiple external IPs for Nexus, External DNS, and Boundary NTP zones. All the attendant conversion machinery, and sled-agent HTTP API revision as well.
- Update consumers (mostly Nexus DB inventory code) to the change, including database roundtrip tests
- Add check in the bootstore conversion-chain tests that we can deserialize old data into this version and write it back out.
