fix: correct eight help and reference claims - #101
starfleet api help: exit 4 is a 404 whose JSON body has a code field.
Root llms.txt: drop the wrong --limit count (12, not 11).
client create help: no secret returned means a warning, no file, exit 0.
Control Plane index: a canceled task prints was canceled, not a task error; exit 0 under task cancel.
Control Plane instance and node pages: drop flag tables the generated blocks and prose already carry.
BYOC index: describe the busy refusal the CLI classifies (409 or not in available status) and the status it appends.
BYOC index: degraded still takes writes except database rotate-password.
Managed database and BYOC database service pages: re-wrap two prose lines over 79 columns.
docs/output-and-paging.md: drop the "eleven" count and add the missing managed database branch list row (default 100, refused above 100).
Gates
go build -gcflags=-e ./..., go vet ./..., make lint, make docs-check, make lint-docs, make test (coverage 90.1%) all pass. Mechanics check against the main baseline passes on all eight changed pages.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Documentation
Updated paging guidance, including the managed database branch list’s default page size and maximum limit.
Clarified task exit codes for failed, canceled, and successfully canceled tasks, and when API 404 responses map to exit code 4.
Clarified the distinction between force options and when database writes are accepted or refused based on resource status.
Documented that client create exits successfully without writing a secret file when the API returns no secret, and clarified guidance for status-related errors.
Align the starfleet api 404 rule, the --limit paging note, client
create's no-secret case, the canceled-task exit, the BYOC busy
refusal and degraded-write scope with the code. Drop two restated
flag tables and re-wrap two long prose lines.

Walkthrough
The pull request updates CLI documentation and help text for paging, task outcomes, database operation flags and statuses, API response handling, and account client secret-file outcomes.
The task reference distinguishes canceled tasks from failed tasks. The instance and node references distinguish --force-unmodifiable from --force.
Starfleet database and API guidance internal/starfleet/byoc/llms.txt, internal/starfleet/cmd/api.go, internal/starfleet/byoc/llms/database/service.txt, internal/starfleet/managed/llms/database.txt
The BYOC guidance describes database status refusals and status reads. The API help clarifies the 404 condition for exit code 4. The service and managed database text is reflowed without changing its meaning.
The paging guidance no longer gives an exact command count, adds the managed database branch-list page limit, and updates the description of declared maxima.

Summary
Account create help internal/starfleet/account/cmd/apiclient.go
The client create description documents the warning and exit status when the API returns no secret. It retains the file-write failure exit status.
pgEdge/pgedge-cli#99: Implements the BYOC busy-refusal and resource-status behavior described in this pull request.
Merge Risk: Low · up to cbe9f
BYOC users may retry or wait on a failed cluster instead of inspecting the cluster status and task. This is a documentation risk with limited operational impact.

Distinguish database busy 409 from cluster restore refusal.
A database busy 409 causes the CLI to append the database status. A cluster-originated restore refusal is a separate 400 non-busy error, so the CLI passes it through without appending a database status or database task. State this distinction and direct users to inspect the cluster status and task for cluster-originated refusals.
