The postfix exporter was an unmaintained exporter, it was forked and replaced by https://github.com/sarab97/postfix_exporter and marked as maintained, this repo also appears to be unmaintained beyond dependabot and has a SPOF owner who is active on other project but does not appear active in this project.
The fact that the exporter still has a bug on it for systemd based systems (most linux situations) makes it unusable.
It's a niche exporter, request review and consider removing it as it gives the impressive postfix stats will be available with this exporter, which it won't be for most systems unless you fork / fix and deploy it yourself
