Use these prompts in sequence to prepare for your next interview:
| Phase | Prompt | ES | EN |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Build Your Arsenal | Never start from zero; prepare a reusable Open Source template | ES | EN |
| 2. Document Your Process | Record a Loom video (max 5 min) showing how you think, not just what you built | ES | EN |
| 3. Communicate with Confidence | Turn the interview into a two-way conversation, not an interrogation | ES | EN |
| 4. Deep Research | Research the company like you're writing a scientific paper | ES | EN |
| 5. Know Your Interviewer | Find genuine connection points; empathy, not rehearsed flattery | ES | EN |
| 6. Visual Demonstration | Transform your research into a comic, diagram or pitch deck | ES | EN |
Use ProjectX or any other template as a starting point for Phase 1 and AI skills/plugins like sherlock-ai-plugin for Phases 4-6.
A good interview becomes a conversation between colleagues. Everything here adapts to the interviewer, the company and the role; this is a guide, not a script.
- When they ask something like "What do you know about us?", that's your opening: "Actually, I did some research and put something together; mind if I share my screen real quick?" From there, the conversation flows naturally
- A senior profile simplifies complexity and proposes improvements to the product or business
- Suggest how the company could scale through modern tools like MCP servers, AI Skills, Agents; show applied AI thinking
- Use Claude Code and custom Skills to automate research, process documents (e.g. Mineru API for doc-to-Markdown) and generate visuals (Gemini, DALL-E)
- Configure Agents and generators with Turbo Repo or pnpm; create a CLI so AI follows your project standards
This repo includes Claude Code skills you can use directly from your terminal:

- Stay active: own projects, hackathons, open source. Present yourself as a founder, not just a coder
- Build your network: communities (La Plaza Devs, MedellinJS, CodeYourFuture) and tech events
- Choose wisely: look for companies that value autonomy and teamwork, avoid places that replace humans with AI without a growth vision
