I develop public transit related software for Digitransit in Finland. We were asked to add a
publiccode.ymlfile to our repository: HSLdevcom/digitransit-ui#5620. While trying to create the file, I noticed that the standard does not support dual license setups, for example, https://github.com/HSLdevcom/digitransit-ui/ is dual-licensed under theEUPLv1.2andAGPLv3licenses.This modification would allow listing multiple licenses in the
publiccode.ymlfile. This PR is an initial suggestion and any feedback is welcome!
