SSL issue with new enforced VERIFY_X509_STRICT context flag in Python 3.13 #145

Our corporate proxy doesn't enforce the basic constraints extension as critical for his root certificate.
This causes an issue with the new SSL default flag in python 3.13.

It is possible to disable it. See: https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.13.html#ssl
It worked without issue when I modified install-poetry.py

What's your opinion on this given that even some certs from certifi have this issue in the latest version ?
We could also add an argument I guess.
