Aesthetic fixes

This PR:

• Updates the saved scenario rows so the updated at is nicely aligned, the initial never gets 'squashed' and the version tag matches the area exactly in style
• Updates the links to the docs where relevant to match the new structure of the docs
• Adjusts the hovercards stimulus to make sure the hovercards don't interfere with pressing buttons

I feel like most of the issues you mention are already fixed when I look at beta. The hovercards go below the buttons, the latest tag is not jumping around anymore, etc. Could it be they were picked up somewhere else?

There are still a couple of small issues on beta:

I have pushed another commit that keeps only the necessary changes as I see them! Hopefully that simplifies the PR a bit
