📝 Why & how

Adds @nguyenduy1412/react-native-blur, a native blur view for Expo and React Native.

• iOS: UIVisualEffectView with the system blur materials.
• Android (API 31+): a RenderEffect blur and colour-matrix chain matched to the iOS materials. It also blurs SurfaceView video, which snapshot-based blur libraries miss.
• Web: CSS backdrop-filter fallback.

Built with the Expo Modules API. It contains native code, so expoGo is not set.
