_Py_IMMORTAL_REFCNT (used by PYIU_CREATE_SINGLETON_INSTANCE in helpercompat.h) isn't declared on 3.14 -- confirmed not riscv64-specific: upstream 0.13.0 has no cp314 wheel on PyPI for any platform.
