Trim both English and Chinese READMEs from ~350 lines each to ~120. Consolidate overlapping sections (What QuantPilot Includes, Platform Scope, Target Architecture, Key Capabilities) into a single concise Feature Highlights section. Move Quick Start to the top, compress stage history links to one line, remove env var table and validation step list that belong in docs.
