- Remove Stage Closeout Documents, Key Entry Points, Platform Operating Loops - Simplify Verify Pipeline to one-line description - Merge Platform & UX into Features table - Add Roadmap section with current status, near-term, and long-term vision - Sync Chinese README with same changes
Replace overview PNG with GIF animation in README. Remove assertions requiring README to reference stage closeout docs since they were removed during README streamlining.
