Left Nav of Dashboard is covering content #606

Describe the bug

1. User logs in
2. User goes to Dashboard
   • Regardless of the view (Regions, Providers, Languages, etc), the left Nav is covering the main content

To Reproduce
See description

Expected behavior
The main content should not be behind the left nav

• I do wonder, is that left nav supposed to be expandable/collapsable?

Additional context
We recently introduced Tailwind style upgrade changes (which are lovely); it's possible we'll find a few of these minor bugs.
I think it'll be as simple as modifying flex/grid layout for that page.
