Summary

Follow-up to #4104's "Default SVR Activation" section on the SVR Feeds page:

  • Remove the Base-specific network and feed list (BTC/ETH/XRP/SOL/DOGE/LTC/ADA on Base) since default activation also applies on Ink — keep the language network-agnostic.
  • Replace "may be activated by default" and "from day one" with clearer, less ambiguous phrasing ("is activated by default").
  • Note that default-activated feeds are listed as SVR Proxy 2 on the Feed Addresses page and data.chain.link, and are functionally identical to SVR Proxy.
  • Keep the "zero service disruption, no action needed" reassurance and simplify the contact/opt-out guidance to two short sentences.

Test plan

  • Preview /data-feeds/svr-feeds#default-svr-activation and confirm the section reads correctly and doesn't reference Base specifically

- Drop the Base-specific network/feed list since default activation
also applies on Ink; keep the language network-agnostic.
- Replace "may be activated" / "from day one" with clearer phrasing.
- Note that default-activated feeds are listed as SVR Proxy 2 on the
Feed Addresses page and data.chain.link, and are functionally
  identical to SVR Proxy.

The prior wording implied every feed on a given network gets SVR by
default; only certain feeds do.
OEV and MEV are already defined earlier on the page.
"Where...is active" read as a static state; "when...is enabled"
better captures the transition being described.
