Summary

  • Adds a risk-consideration note to the APAC Equities Data Streams page covering exchange minimum tick size (TWSE, and similarly KRX/TSE/HKEX), since higher-priced instruments on these venues can show more staggered tick-by-tick price movement.
  • Calls out that aggregated provider data may or may not respect the instrument's tick size at the mid-price or bid-ask level, so integrators should account for this when calibrating deviation thresholds.

Test plan

  • Docs-only change; verify the new "Minimum tick size (TWSE)" subsection renders correctly under Risk Considerations on the APAC Equities page

TWSE applies a price-tiered minimum tick size, so TWD-denominated
streams can appear to move in discrete increments rather than
continuously. Documents this as expected exchange behavior so
integrators don't mistake it for reduced feed precision.
Generalize framing to match how tick-size tiers work across several
APAC exchanges, and call out that aggregated mid/bid-ask data may not
cleanly respect the underlying instrument's tick size.

👋 sebastian-lerner-link, thanks for creating this pull request!

To help reviewers, please consider creating future PRs as drafts first. This allows you to self-review and make any final changes before notifying the team.

Once you're ready, you can mark it as "Ready for review" to request feedback. Thanks!

Avoid naming TWSE directly in the tick-size heading/intro per review
feedback; frame it as an Asian-exchange behavior with TWD called out
as the affected base currency instead.

Also document that new listings can show pre-open reference prints
at the issue price ahead of the opening call auction, so integrators
don't mistake these for executions.
