Since the content below has been revised, how about changing the title to “CSS <basic-shape>”?

The angle brackets might be a little confusing to developers. I know this is how the spec documents it, and even MDN has CSS types pages that uses angle brackets, but I still don't think developers are familiar with these in CSS.

How about this:
