Feature: Migarte Vite asset pipeline and publish assets under vendor/spotlight

Description

• Replace Laravel Mix/Tailwind v2 tooling with Vite + Tailwind v4
• Resolve the hashed filenames from the Vite manifest instead of hardcoding spotlight.js/spotlight.css
• Publish assets to public/vendor/spotlight (was public/vendor/livewire-ui-spotlight), matching the package's own vendor namespace
• Use Livewire's @assets/@endassets directive in the component view
• Drop the now-unused include_css/include_js config options
• Document spotlight:assets and wiring it into composer's post-autoload-dump in the README
