Code Review

This pull request automates the update of the xsimd package to version 14.0.0. The change correctly adds the new version and its SHA256 checksum to the xmake.lua file. The update itself looks good.

However, I noticed a pre-existing maintainability issue in packages/x/xsimd/xmake.lua. The list of versions is not sorted chronologically/semantically, which can make it difficult to manage and understand the package's version history. While this PR correctly adds the new version at the top, the rest of the list remains out of order.

I recommend addressing this in a separate pull request by sorting all add_versions entries in descending order. This is a medium-severity maintainability improvement that would benefit future updates.
