The RPC lifecycle fix keeps Store cancellation and completion callbacks on an unbounded dispatch queue, so a configured bounded queue no longer applies to that callback path. This updates the Chinese and English configuration guidance, explains core/max and backlog behaviour, and preserves the behaviour of versions without the fix.
Paired with hugegraph/hugegraph#280 and apache/hugegraph#3303; coordinate the code and documentation merges. Only the Store guidance is changed: PD queue configuration is unchanged.
Validation: reviewed the two-file diff, bilingual parity, Markdown table boundaries and the linked code PR.
