Restores the bump #97 was carrying.
#97 was green and ready to merge, but Dependabot closed it unmerged as soon as #100 landed:
#100 renamed the NuGet group
dotnet-minor-patch→dotnet-version-updates(the old name relied ondependency-type, which NuGet does not support), and Dependabot discards open PRs belonging to a group that no longer exists. The rename was necessary; losing this bump was collateral. The change is identical to what #97 proposed — one patch version,
2.17.1→2.17.2— and #97 had already passed the full suite, including the end-to-end API smoke test, before it was closed.Dependabot would regenerate this on its next scheduled run under the new group name, so this PR only avoids the wait.
