Overview
Updates the Suggestions docs in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese to match the editor’s new suggesting-mode UI.
Each locale now describes the Suggesting pill in the top bar while suggesting mode is on, and documents leaving suggesting mode via the floating Switch to Editing control or the pill’s X. The viewer note clarifies that the pill is visible but not interactive, so viewers stay in suggesting mode. Page titles (and the Chinese meta description) are refreshed for clarity; Chinese also fixes a minor spacing typo in the accept-suggestion paragraph.
